It has been an incredible journey serving you here, sharing your stories, and creating a space where motherhood is celebrated in all its raw, beautiful, and powerful truth. But today, I’m here to say goodbye…

Goodbye to this site — and hello to an entirely new era of IMUA MOMS.

We’re moving into a brand-new, upgraded space that will take this movement to the next level. Think:🎥 Videos that dive deeper into the untold realities of motherhood and sport.🎙 Podcasts featuring unfiltered conversations with mothers, athletes, and visionaries.📚 Interactive courses to guide moms-to-be who want to stay athletic, and those making their courageous comebacks.🤝 Community forums where connection, mentorship, and resources are always within reach.

When I started IMUA MOMS, I had no clue what I was doing. All I knew was that motherhood was the place where I could serve the world from the deepest parts of my own story — from the pain of growing up a motherless daughter, to the healing and empowerment I found when I became a mother myself.

This year, my dreams have begun to take root. I now have the support, expertise, and partnerships to overhaul this platform into something truly groundbreaking — a space where mothers in sport (and beyond) are not just acknowledged, but celebrated as the superheroes they are.

💌 This is where I need you.

I’m calling on the heroes of this movement — the mothers, fathers, allies, athletes, healers, storytellers, and leaders — to step forward and take an active role in shaping this next chapter. If you feel the pull to contribute your voice, your ideas, or your presence, I would love to hear from you. I’m inviting you to join me in creating a platform that’s taking the world by storm in the best possible way.

We’re talking big vision here — not just for sports, but for the way the world views and values motherhood itself. I’ve learned so much this year — as a mother, as a friend, as a leader in an unseen space, and as a spiritual being committed to this mission. And now, it’s time to expand, to dream bigger, and to move forward… together.
